I am excited to release the official trailer for this groundbreaking documentary about a neglected American tradition. I look forward to releasing it in 2019, Lord willing, and tell the story behind this unique American tradition. It is not about candy paint jobs, supremes, or Chevrolet but the stories of people who unknowingly started a movement that has spread around the globe is truly astonishing. October 17, 2018 Update
Well, we have been busy filming, editing and scheduling this documentary 
that never ceases to surprise us.
Update #1: One update is that we did NOT meet our crowdfunding goal which makes this endeavor more challenging and interesting. I want to create the best documentary possible so we shall see what happens. A few of you have reached out to me with people who “may be” interested in partially funding or donating so this film can be completed. I remain steadfast and continue to move forward with the anticipation that all of our needs will be met (yes I pray!). I started this project with no financial resources and sold possessions to get this far based on a vision and passion for story telling.
Update #2: I was able to get permission to use a song from an artist for the official trailer that fits perfectly! Why is this important? Many people charge, as is their right, for music use but I have become unashamed of my poverty and readily admit to artists and interested parties that I can’t pay them but would like to use their music. So far, this artist is the first to agree and we have another artist that penned to original songs for the documentary! These are signs and events that keep pushing me forward and affirm that I am on the right path.
Anyways, please continue to share, repost and spread the word that The Great American Lowrider Tradition documentary will be coming in 2019! All prayers, donations and fundraising ideas are welcomed.
Why We Need Your Help
We are in need of donations to complete this one of a kind documentary that uncovers the forgotten history with no hype. This beautiful Lowrider culture is undoubtedly one of the great traditions of America. Help us tell the story.
I personally funded the documentary this far because I believe in it. I sold possessions and bartered to get over 35 days of filming completed but I am broke and can no longer continue to pay camera operators. We started filming back in August 2017.
THIS IS NOT A GET RICH QUICK SCHEME…We need $17,000 to cover an 
estimated 15 additional days of filming and post production work to complete the film. Some factors may be beyond our control but the breakdown provided is an estimate of how we plan to use the funds.
How we plan to use the money:
– $7,000 film crew (camera operators, 1st editor, hard drives, misc. expenses, etc…)
– $2,000 colorist editor
– $2,000 sound editor
– $2,000 2nd editor
– $4,000 marketing (included social media ads, promo items, etc…).
I am sure if you ever had a quinceanera or wedding and had to hire photographers or people to film it is expensive! Please prayerfully consider supporting this effort.
